How the Funds Work
To ensure the maximum amount of “Good” reaches community partners, I maintain open books and follow a 80/20 split:
- 80% – Direct Giving: This goes straight to community partners.
- 20% – Operations: This covers the boring stuff that makes the project possible—website hosting, booth fees at town fairs, and replacing well-worn decks of cards.
- 0% – Salary: This is a 100% volunteer project. I do not take a personal fee or salary for any readings.
Community Partners
My focus is on giving to organizations that support Food Security, Mental Wellness, and The Arts in the North Reading and North Shore area.
- North Reading Food Pantry: Helping our neighbors meet their most basic needs.
- The Look Foundation: Supporting mental health and wellness.
- North Reading Music Boosters and North Reading Masquers: Keeping the arts alive for the next generation of storytellers.
