Add me to your fundraisers, celebrations, or community fairs to entertain attendees. I can provide short readings to help guests find a fresh perspective on their current path while donating to the local cause. I love supporting festivals, school fairs, and community days – it’s how I got started.

There’s two ways this can work:

Sponsored free readings

This makes more sense for celebrations or other events hosted by a non-charitable organization. Attendees who stop by get their readings for free, sponsored by the host.

I’d quote an amount for appearing at the event, typically around $75/hour, possibly more if there’s travel involved.

Guests pay per reading

This makes sense when the host of the event is the charity collecting donations. In this case, attendees would be stopping by a booth or table to get quick 5-10 minute readings, usually for a suggested donation of $5-$10 for quick reads. I’d give any proceeds I collect directly to the organization.

Contracts and deposits

Just because this is for a good cause doesn’t mean we shouldn’t both protect ourselves with a clear understanding of the scope of the engagement; the time I’ll spend; event details like the date, time, and place; the amount to be contributed; and legal liabilities. See my code of ethics and disclaimer for reference.

For non-charities sponsoring time at an event, payment can also be made directly to the charitable organization instead of to me. That assures you the money is going where it’s supposed to, and that I don’t play the middle-man.

Seek clarity. Make a difference.
